For returns initiated after 30 days from delivery date, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Refunds are processed to the original payment method minus the restocking fee. This policy applies to all products except custom builds and software licenses.

If a product is defective upon arrival, HYTE provides Free On Board (FOB) shipping for replacements—customer covers return shipping of defective item, HYTE covers shipping cost of replacement. Requires proof of defect and approval from support. Valid only for items reported within 30 days of delivery.

For items sold with 'FREE SHIPPING', there will be an additional 10% of total after any applicable restocking fee is applied. Shipping is free on qualifying orders, but note that restocking fees may still apply for returns after 30 days.
