For orders under $35, a flat rate of $5 is charged for shipping, while orders $35 and above enjoy free ground shipping after discounts and before tax. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Military bases (FPO) and P.O. Box addresses are shipped via USPS only, while other U.S. addresses are sent through the most efficient method, either USPS or UPS. Delivery times may vary due to external factors. Once an order ships, a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers is sent, which usually become active within 1-2 days.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

I DEW CARE accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Some non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, opened skincare or beauty products, orders placed outside the official website, and purchases from third-party retailers.
