Return Policy & Exchange Policy

iFrodoll allows customers to return or exchange any non-personalized items within fourteen days of receiving the delivery. If a product is faulty, the brand asks that you send photo proof within two days of receipt to service@ifrodoll.com, so they can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. To initiate a return, simply email service@ifrodoll.com with your order confirmation number, and iFrodoll will provide the nearest return address. It's important that all items are returned in their original condition. While some products may not be eligible for return or exchange, iFrodoll does not specify which ones.
