iHoverboard takes pride in offering fast shipping, with Fedex delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. The brand provides free shipping to the US, though some accessories may take a bit longer, around 5-10 days to arrive.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

iHoverboard is happy to accept returns of unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery, with a restocking fee of up to 10%. For opened merchandise, the brand allows returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product has been used for less than 10 miles and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Any issues with damaged products must be reported to the brand within 7 days of receipt. When it comes to non-quality issues, iHoverboard does not offer replacements after 14 days from the date the product was received. Before starting an exchange process, customers are encouraged to contact vip@ihoverboard.com.
