Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Instyler accepts returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. For an unused item, simply email returns@instylerhair.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the product back. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the brand does not accept returns or exchanges on any used hair tools, including hair dryers, styling irons, and hot air brushes. Once a product has been used, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged product, reach out to customer service within 60 days of receiving your order for a replacement or repair under the Limited 1-Year Warranty.
