Return Policy & Exchange Policy

invisaWear offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt, with items needing to be in good condition. For holiday purchases, the brand extends the return period—items bought between October and December 2025 can be returned by January 31, 2026. Please note that invisaWear keychains with pepper spray and Custom Engraved Necklaces are not eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, subscriptions are non-refundable. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item. Once a return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.
