ITEAD is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the item you received is in a non-human damaged or non-working condition, or if it's not what you ordered and was incorrectly shipped, ITEAD offers an exchange or refund. To process this, a picture or video must be provided to prove the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Once confirmed, the brand will either resend a new item for free or issue a refund. For undamaged products, excluding giveaways and gifts, ITEAD provides a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange service. A full refund is available if the return request is initiated within 14 days of receipt; a refund of the product cost, excluding shipping and tax, is provided if initiated within 14 to 30 days. Please note that return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties are at the customer's expense.
