International shipping is also available, with customers responsible for shipping charges, duty, and custom taxes. Please note, the free shipping offer does not apply to international addresses.

If you receive a broken or defective item, Jackpot Candles invites you to reach out via email at help@jackpotcandles.com or give them a call at 1-800-248-0356 (available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST).
