The brand ensures that all products are returned in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories. For gift sets, James Perse requires that all items be returned together in their original packaging. It's important to note that sale merchandise, face covers such as masks and bandanas, and limited edition products like longboards and surfboards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return does not meet the specified criteria, it will be denied, and no refund will be issued. A return label fee will also be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
