Shipping Policy

Jenny Craig ensures orders are shipped within the Contiguous U.S. and select locations in Canada, such as British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. For 2-week plan orders, both frozen and non-frozen food items are included and delivered in one shipment. The brand processes and delivers orders within 1 to 5 business days from when they are placed, though shipping may take longer if the warehouse or carrier experiences delays. Unfortunately, Jenny Craig cannot ship to locations outside the Contiguous U.S., including AK, HI, Puerto Rico, APO and PO Boxes, military addresses, other U.S. territories and possessions, and areas in Canada beyond the specified provinces.
