For Canadian customers, international shipping rates apply. If you need to make any address changes or corrections to your shipment after submitting your order, the brand kindly requests a $11 fee per occurrence.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

At Johnson Fitness, every return needs a return authorization number. To obtain this, customers can call 1.888.993.3199 or email visionparts@johnsonfit.com. The brand requires that items be returned within 30 days of receipt, in new and working condition, and in the original shipping package with all original packing materials. Additionally, the packing slip and an unused parts credit form must be included. It's important to note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's original cost.
