JuJuBe ships to the United States, US Territories, APOs, DPOs, and FPOs, with international shipping available to select countries. The brand processes expedited shipping methods in 1-5 business days. For orders between $100.00 and $599.99 in the United States, JuJuBe offers free ground shipping, while standard ground shipping applies to orders of $124.99 and below. All shipments originate from Southern California.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

JuJuBe offers a 30-day return policy from the original order date for any purchase, as long as it isn't a final sale or clearance item. The brand kindly requests that all returns be in new, unused condition with tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the warehouse receives the returned item, refunds are typically issued within 7 days and may take an additional 5-7 business days to show up in your account. For returns over $250.00, a 15% restocking fee applies. Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
