Kingfolk Co welcomes returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase, provided that all returned items are in their original condition. For such returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the brand, and it's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Personalized orders, however, cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to exchange a non-personalized item within 30 days, as long as it is unopened and not damaged, Kingfolk Co is happy to accommodate. Just remember, you'll need to cover the shipping cost back to the brand and will receive an invoice for the return shipping to your address.
