For those in U.S. territories, the brand provides shipping at a cost of $10.99, while all other U.S. and Canadian orders come with a shipping fee of $8.99. For international customers outside these regions, KURU charges $29.99 for shipping, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their comfortable footwear no matter where they are.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

KURU offers free 45-day returns via Happy Returns, with no need for a label, on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) as long as the items are in their original condition. For Canadian orders, a shipping label is required. Any other return methods will incur a $6 shipping and restocking fee. It's important to note that clearance or last chance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
