La Mansio allows customers thirty calendar days from the receipt of their order to request a return, which must be initiated through the website's contact form. For a return to be accepted, the product needs to be unused and accompanied by all labels, packaging, and original documentation or accessories. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated customs duties. Once La Mansio receives the returned products in brand new condition, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days for credit or debit card payments and within 7 business days for PayPal transactions. In some cases, instead of a refund, La Mansio might offer a replacement product or a promotional code. Should only part of an order be returned, the shipping costs for the entire order will not be refunded.
