Lancaster Cast Iron understands that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you were looking for. If within 45 days of delivery, the purchase doesn't meet your expectations, the brand welcomes you to return the item for an exchange or refund of its value. For returns to be acceptable, they must be unused and issued within 45 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final. To start the process, simply reach out via email at returns@lancastercastiron.com. The brand will issue all refunds to the original payment method, minus the cost of shipping. Please note, factory second sales are final.
