If you are not happy with your purchase, or if it is incorrect or missing items, please reach out to the brand's Customer Service at 631-474-5461 or support@lavenderfieldsonline.com within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 30 days. Soiled or used items will not be accepted. Please note that some items, such as furniture, fabric, wallpaper, custom or personalized items, and sale items (which are final sale), are not eligible for return. Furniture orders can be canceled within 48 hours, but after that, no cancellation is allowed. Some items require return authorization, and a free return shipping label is only provided if the item is damaged; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
