To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required. The return application should be completed and sent to service@lefeet.com. If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. However, if the return is because of LEFEET's reasons, such as damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee. Purchased pairs and bundles can only be returned as a complete bundle. Items need to be in like-new condition; those that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return. All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date. If you wish to cancel an order, contact LEFEET within 48 hours after placing the order; orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
