Leica Camera offers complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. For orders under $100, a UPS fee applies based on location. Leica Camera exclusively uses UPS as the official carrier and can arrange expedited shipping upon request. The brand processes orders from Monday to Friday, with a usual processing time of 1-2 business days, which cannot be expedited. Unfortunately, Leica Camera does not ship to addresses outside the United States.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Leica Camera welcomes returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the original sales receipt is included. For a full refund, the packaging must remain unopened and in brand new condition. If an item has been opened, it should still be in new condition, with the original box, all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories intact. Additionally, the items must not have been registered. When Leica Camera accepts a return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
