Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To request a return, refund, or exchange, customers are invited to email support@lenskart.us. Lenskart asks that any requests for returns be made within 14 days of receiving the products. The brand kindly reminds everyone to ensure that items are unused, with all original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories intact. It's important to properly seal the return package, as any damage during transit will be the customer's responsibility. Refunds can be issued either as cash or vouchers, or the item can be exchanged for one of equal or higher value, with the customer covering any additional cost for more expensive selections. For exchanges where the new product is of lesser value, no difference will be paid. Additionally, Lenskart offers a one-year warranty on glasses, providing replacements if they get damaged during use.
