The brand will deduct the return shipping fee from the credit. A refund is issued after inspection if the item is in new and unused condition. To ensure a smooth process, all returns must be arranged with Customer Service, who will assign an RMA number. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new condition and in its original packaging. Tracking information should be forwarded to Customer Service. If the item is received damaged or used, the return may be denied.
