If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Lipault allows the return of unused merchandise within 90 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. The brand will refund the merchandise total, plus any applicable sales tax paid. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. For returns to be accepted, items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for the return freight to Lipault-USA. For a different size, color, or product, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
