At Lulu and Georgia, eligible items can be returned with a complimentary return label if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the purchase. The brand kindly asks that all items be sent back in their original packaging. For oversize and freight returns, customers are encouraged to reach out to support@luluandgeorgia.com. It's worth noting that freight returns will be issued a refund, minus the original shipping and handling charges, plus a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, return requests for oversize items will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items marked as FINAL SALE, MADE TO ORDER, or Special Order are not eligible for return.
