Shipping Policy

Lumene offers free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $40, excluding taxes and discounts. Orders typically process and ship within 1-2 business days from the warehouse in New Jersey. For those opting for Overnight or 2nd Day Service, if placed by 12:00 PM PST, the brand aims to ship the same day. Processing and shipping occur only on business days, Monday through Friday, with major holidays excluded. Once the order is shipped, Lumene sends an email with shipping and tracking information.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with Lumene's products, the brand encourages you to reach out to their Customer Service Team via the contact page. You have the right to return any unused and unopened items for a full refund.
