Marmot ensures that all items purchased on their website, except for final sale items, can be returned as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. The brand typically processes returns within 10-14 business days after the package arrives at the warehouse. Refunds are provided in the same payment form used during the purchase. For gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. If a purchase was made at a Marmot Flagship Store, it must be returned to the same location and is subject to that store's return policies.
