Matrigen offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, though this doesn't cover taxes, promo codes, or reward codes. For orders under $50, a ground shipping fee of $5.95 is applied. The brand fulfills and ships orders the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. International shipping is available to select countries, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7 to 28 business days, depending on the shipping method. Free shipping, however, does not apply to international orders.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Matrigen offers a 30-day return policy, and to get the process started, customers can reach out to support@shopmatrigen.com. The brand kindly asks that items be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. It's worth noting that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned. However, exchanges are available. Matrigen does require a prior request for any returns to be accepted.
