To start a return, customers are invited to contact MEELOD at Support@meelod.com. The brand kindly requests that items be sent back only after a return has been requested, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If customers choose to return items themselves, they will need to cover the shipping costs. MEELOD cannot accept returns if the requirements are not met or if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. Any damaged or incorrect items should be reported right away. After inspecting the returned package, MEELOD processes refunds for return orders. It's worth noting that banks or credit card companies may take up to 30 additional days to complete the refund process. Authorization from MEELOD's customer experience team is required before any item can be returned.
