Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Misook understands the importance of a seamless return process. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date and should include the completed return form that came with your order. If you don't have the original return form, simply include your name, address, email address, phone number, and order number with your return. The brand kindly asks that all returns be unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in new and unused condition. Please note that clearance, final sale, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Misook offers complimentary exchanges and will cover the return postage for these. However, if you choose to ship your return without using the provided return shipping label, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs and any loss or damage during transit. The processing time for returns and exchanges is up to 10 business days upon arrival.
