The brand allows 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment or 45 days to receive store credit or exchange for another item. Last Chance items, which are markdowns, are only eligible for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for any kind of credit, items should be unwashed and unworn. For orders requiring a refund, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. However, returns for exchange or store credit will not be subject to this fee.
