MM2Best offers a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for customers to request a refund. Any requests made after this period, unfortunately, won't be eligible for a refund. Due to the automated nature of the delivery system, items that have been claimed can't be refunded or exchanged. If you don't receive your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund within the next 3 days, provided you've attempted to use the automated delivery system at least twice.
