Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Momanda's policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, along with its original packaging. To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and new with the tag attached. Sale products cannot be returned once purchased. Momanda reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated beyond the return period. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. The brand does not offer an exchange policy; please place a new order for any new items.
