Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Montcalm Collection ensures that all returns are postmarked no later than 30 days from the original shipment date. The brand kindly asks that returns and exchanges be in new condition, complete with all instructions and original packing material. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and should include a copy of their packing list with each return. Preauthorization is required for any return, which may also incur a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the original amount billed, and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the event that an incorrect item is received, Montcalm Collection will replace it at no extra charge and cover the additional shipping cost.
