If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from MORI, please contact customer services team at MORI@babymori.com right away, including your order number and reason for return. In the UK, returns are free with a return slip; however, outside the UK, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the fault is agreed upon, a full refund or replacement will be provided. The return policy is 30 days. Return costs, calculated by the chosen courier, are deducted from your refund, except for Puerto Rico and US territories, which must cover their own return shipping. MORI does not offer exchanges in the USA. For damaged or incorrect items, reach out to hello@babymori.com with a photo and your order number. Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as underwear, face masks, gift notes, gift wrap, and final sale items, are non-refundable.
