Natural Life offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S., making it easy and affordable for customers to enjoy their favorite products.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Natural Life offers one free size exchange per item, with any additional exchanges processed as returns and a refund issued upon receipt. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return unless there are issues related to damage, shortage, or quality. The return shipping fee is $7.90, but if the refund is taken as a gift card, this fee is waived. For holiday purchases made between October 15 and December 15, Natural Life extends the refund period until January 15. It's worth noting that Final Sale items, which end in $.97, are clearly marked and not eligible for return.
