To start a return, customers can reach out to info@njoie.com. Njoie offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. The brand kindly asks that items be unworn and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact, along with proof of purchase. It's worth noting that some items, such as perishables, custom-made goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. If the return is accepted, Njoie will provide a return shipping label and instructions. After inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
