Noisy Water Winery, by law, cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. The brand is also unable to take back wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or ordered in error. To arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product, an email can be sent to admin@noisywaterwinery.com. Once the wine is received, a refund will be issued to the credit card account for the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, a full refund, including shipping and handling charges, will be provided. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders.
