Shipping Policy

Nootopia usually ships orders within 72 hours. In the US, deliveries arrive within 5 business days, while in Canada, it takes up to 2 weeks, and internationally, it can be up to 3 weeks. For a specific delivery date, Nootopia needs 10 working days' notice. If an item is undelivered due to consumer fault and a refund is requested, outward shipping fees might be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Nootopia allows unopened products to be returned within 365 days of purchase for a refund. For international returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless there's a company error or the satisfaction guarantee applies.
