NuFACE understands the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why the brand allows returns for devices, Activators, and Skincare products within 60 days of purchase. However, attachments, accessories, Refreshed (refurbished) devices, and items from the Last Chance Collection are final sale and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged. Additionally, gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned. To ensure a smooth process, all refund or warranty replacement requests must be preauthorized, with a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned by NuFACE.
