To be eligible for a refund, Nukem Hunting asks that the product is returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. The item should be shipped back in the same condition and packaging as received, undamaged in any way. Upon receiving the item, the brand's team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The refunded amount will go to the original payment method used during the purchase and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card. For warranty claims, please email info@NukemHunting.com within 14 days of purchase. If the product is damaged or if the return is initiated after 30 calendar days, a refund will not be possible.
