Shipping Policy

nuuds offers three shipping options: 1-Day Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, and Economy Shipping. For those who choose Economy Shipping, it may take up to 5 business days from the time your order is shipped. The cost for Economy Shipping is $7, while 2-Day Shipping is $20, and 1-Day Shipping is $30. If your order totals $148 or more, it will ship for free via economy shipping. International shipping is also available. Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the warehouse. Once your order is on its way, nuuds will email you the tracking information.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

nuuds offers a 60-day return window from the date of delivery, making it easy for customers to send back items that don't quite fit. When returning products at Return Bars or designated drop-off locations, the process is free, but if you choose to mail them back, there's a $7 shipping fee deducted from the refund. To ensure a smooth return, make sure the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, complete with all tags and hygienic liners. If these conditions aren't met, the brand may refuse the return. Items bought during sale events are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For international returns, simply use the returns portal on the website and send the goods via DHL; remember, return labels expire within 10 days if not used.
