NY Designer Fabrics ensures that sale items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with options for ground, overnight, or 2-day delivery. Shipping charges are based on the package's weight, size, and insurance value. Swatches are sent via USPS for a flat rate of $5.75. For customers in Australia and New Zealand, deliveries take 2-3 weeks without a tracking number. In the US, if Flat Rate is chosen, no tracking number will be provided.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

NY Designer Fabrics kindly requests that any claims regarding damaged items or shortages be reported within 15 business days of delivery. The brand cannot accept returns for cut, damaged, or altered goods in any way. Swatches and custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. When returning items, NY Designer Fabrics asks that a copy of the packing slip or customer receipt be included. In the event of defects, a full refund will be issued. Before shipping fabric back, the brand suggests calling to request a Return Invoice Number (RIN).
