If you receive a non-personalized piece and decide it's not quite right, the brand allows for a full refund as long as the request is made within 30 days of delivery. For those special personalized jewelry pieces, Oak & Luna will gladly accept them back for an exchange or store credit. It's important to note that all returns need to be requested and approved in advance. In the event that an item arrives damaged and is under warranty, Oak & Luna will ensure it is replaced with a brand new one. As for purchased gift cards, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your order, reach out to customer care within 2 hours of placing it; after that, personalized items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
