OH LA LA CHERI welcomes the return of unused and unwashed items, with all tags attached and in saleable condition, that were purchased within the last 30 days for a refund or store credit. The brand accepts returns on full-priced and non-Final Sale items. However, any items bought on Final Sale, gifts with purchase, and gift cards cannot be returned. Should you need to return defective or damaged products, the brand kindly requests that you reach out to customercare@ohlalacheri.com first and provide images of the defect along with your order number. Once the return is received at the warehouse, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process. Please note that store credit can only be applied to future purchases after the return has been processed.
