Shipping Policy

Outdoorplay offers free standard shipping on orders over $49 to anywhere in the contiguous United States, with most orders shipped from the warehouse in Hood River, Oregon. For economy or standard shipping, customers can expect their items to arrive within 5-10 business days. If choosing UPS Ground, the delivery time is typically 1-5 business days, while USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-4 business days. As of May 21, 2025, expedited or international shipping options are not available. It's worth noting that some exclusions apply, including products from the Hobie brand and Point 65 N kayaks, as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APOFPO addresses.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Outdoorplay understands that sometimes things don't work out, which is why the brand offers a 60-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. However, for any orders placed between May 1, 2025, and July 15, 2025, returns won't be eligible. Rest assured, for all orders placed after July 15, 2025, Outdoorplay welcomes returns within 60 days.
