To make a return or exchange, PANGAIA invites customers to visit the Returns Portal and follow the instructions to generate a returns label using the email address associated with the order. The brand processes returns within 5-10 business days after they arrive at the warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a gift card. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange in the United States, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and Asia. If an item does not pass the necessary checks, it will be sent back at the customer's expense.
