Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Parcelle Wine's policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, the brand can't offer a refund or exchange. For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging intact. Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. The brand also does not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Parcelle Wine only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
