Parker Clay ensures that all returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. The brand requires items to be in unused condition with their original packaging, and prior authorization is necessary for any return. Items marked as final sale or sample sale are not eligible for return. Additionally, personalized and international items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Gift cards from Parker Clay are final sale and do not expire. For USA domestic orders, items can be refunded within 14 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit within 28 days of delivery. However, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international (non-US) orders.
