Pedal Commander offers returns within 30 days of receiving your order, with refunds issued to the original payment method minus a $9 processing fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and if a return shipping label is requested, $10.99 will be deducted from the refund. Should the returned product be damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund and an additional restocking fee may apply. For refurbished units, exchanges are possible within 30 days if the wrong unit is purchased, but returns are not accepted.
