Pinter invites customers to reach out to the Customer Care Team within 14 days of delivery to request a return, and then provides an additional 14 days to send the product back. The brand emphasizes that products must be unused and in their original condition. Pinter offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its products. If a faulty item is received within 30 days of delivery, it is eligible for a refund. For faults that appear after 6-12 months, proof that the fault was present at the time of delivery is required for a refund; otherwise, repair or replacement will be offered if the item has been used as intended.
