Shipping Policy

PlantingTree offers free shipping on orders over $119. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days, excluding weekends. To avoid extra transit time, West Coast orders might be held until the following Monday. Shipping costs depend on the order amount: less than $15 is $11.95, $15-23.99 is $13.95, $24-39.99 is $16.95, $40-79.99 is $19.95, $80-98.99 is $22.95, and $99-118.99 is $26.95.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

At PlantingTree, any non-living hard goods must be returned within 10 business days, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. It's important to note that all sales of living products are final and no refunds are available. If a package arrives damaged, it should be reported within 5 days of receipt to arrange for reshipment or an account credit if the item is out of stock. Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. For any refund issues after 7 days, customers can reach out to support@plantingtree.com.
